Physicist. Researcher.
Building something new.
I understand how matter behaves at the nanoscale. I want to work on problems that move faster.
My background is in physics — seven years doing experimental research across biomaterials, organic semiconductors, and stem cell biology at IIT Milano and UC Irvine. The work was real and the problems were hard, but academia moves slowly and I want more leverage.
During the transition I've been building: three Python apps integrating LLMs into actual workflows, all shipped solo, all on GitHub. Not to prove I can code — to stay sharp and figure out what I actually find interesting.
Where I'm heading: strategic industry roles in life science, biotech, and deeptech. The kind of work where understanding how the science actually functions is an edge, not a footnote.
